CNC machining capacity for your Automotive Project
In the automotive industry, CNC machined including a lot of components from headlight covers to engines, such as cylinder heads, starter motors, gearboxes, chassis, fluid system, valve retainers, exhaust parts and so on.
SuNPe has 200+ sets of CNC machines, including 165 sets 3 axis, 35 sets 4 axis & 30 sets 5axis, We've a precision machining workshop to support for your critical dimension parts, the precision tolerance we can achieve is +/-0.02MM, it depend on the design and the features of the parts.
We can machine both plastic and metal materials. For plastic material, ABS, PC+ABS are widely used for automotive shell, PMMA, PC transparent material are widely used for car lamps. Some function mateirals like PTFE, PPS, PPS+30%GF, PEEK, PEI,PBT, PET, PA6+30%GF etc, which are usually use to produce internal function parts. The most common metal material we use are Aluminium, steel, ZAMAK, we can meet your needs for various type of materials.??
Sheet Metal Workshop at SuNPe to Support your Project
We also have sheet metal workshop can support for your standard thin wall thickness parts. Laser cutting machines, bending machines, stamping machines are available in our workshop.

Plastic injection molding is the most common industry way to manufacture plastic components, especially for volume production, such as handles and cases in the automotive. We are able to finish the rapid tooling in 1-2 weeks, and also we can choose share mold base with different core, multi - cavity for customers to save costs and working time.
