IAR ILINK Linker
We have a new follow-up course with more on the IAR ILINK linker available for you in our online training portal.
This course will take a closer look at the behavior of the IAR ILINK Linker and how to configure it for various tasks in the construction of an application. It looks at sections of code or data, runtime attributes, and predefined section names like .bss, .data, .text, etc. ?The linking process and ways to customize the linker configuration file are shown in more detail.
Finally, various demo sections have been provided on these topics on different levels by creating scratch applications to show how the linker implements them via the map file.
