Let me ask you, do you ever struggle to get to sleep thinking about –

But plugging the destination into the GPS without knowing where you are starting from, just won’t cut it. You need to be 100% crystal clear on where you are at and what’s happening in your business right now so that from there you can plot out the best steps and easiest route to get you from here to where you want to go.
For example, a $1M business revenue sounds great, but if you’re at $500k, and already working 50-60 hours plus per week and not making enough profit to add more staff or systems to support you, then you can’t possibly double your hours to double your income. It just won’t work and you will burn out in no time.
Instead, what if you looked at your messaging, what if you had a detailed understanding of the cash flow in your business already, or could identify some easy (low hanging fruit) ways to increase the revenue and profits in your business without extra costs or marketing.
And just by making some simple tweaks to your pricing, your offers, the way you help people understand what it is you actually help them with and why, that you could then add all these little improvements together to make the growth easy and worry-free.
What if by understanding your exact business position now that you could then know the best way to take your practice to where you desire it to be. Maybe you don’t need to be a “million-dollar” practice if you could just double or triple your profits and keep the same team and structure you have now.
Or by using the extra revenue and profits you find first that you can design the structure that is going to work best for you as you grow so that it happens on your terms and in your time frame and in a way that still allows you to grow and scale well beyond the Million-dollar mark with less effort and hours than you do now!
It’s possible, it’s all up to you, and it all starts with a deep understanding of your practice, of your desires, and of the way that will work best for you, step by step, one foundation at a time that easily supports each next step, into the business that you always dreamed about owning, more money, more freedom, more impact.
