Jacqueline Argarin, Provider Relations Manager?

Modivcare held its inaugural National Meeting in January 2022, and as part of the meeting we recognized many team members who contribute each day to our purpose of making connections to care across the business. Jacqueline received the 2021 Provider Relations Manager of the Year - Midwest award.?

We had the distinct pleasure of interviewing Jacqueline as part of our #IAmModivcare series and learning more about her.?

What is your favorite part about being a Provider Relations Manager at Modivcare and why??

I would say my favorite part of being a Provider Relations Manager is hearing the friendly voices of my transportation providers (TPs) on a daily basis. I am truly blessed with a network of almost 50 TPs who are always a friendly voice. (At a high level, Provider Relations Managers manage the relationships with Modivcare TPs every day).?

Please tell us a story about one of your most meaningful days as a Provider Relations Manager and why it was impactful to you.?

The day I was surprised with the recognition of Provider Relations Manager of the Year for the Midwest was definitely one of the most meaningful days at Modivcare. After learning of the award, I sent an email to my leadership thanking them for all the thoughtful words. They called me immediately and were so giddy that I had won. Their happiness was overwhelming and really touched my heart.?

?What hobbies do you enjoy???

Cooking and hiking are probably my top hobbies, aside from my newfound love of "hobby farming." A hobby farm is a small farm that is maintained for personal enjoyment.?

?What fashion trend would you bring back and why???

Definitely old-fashioned overalls.??

I own nine Pekin ducks.??
