Continue to use and grow your skill sets, and learn as much as you can. Use every opportunity to learn something new, and keep an open mind.??
How do you make a difference??
I try to come into the office every day and be a positive spokesperson and motivator for each of my direct reports as well as the members I speak to. Leading with kindness in our line of work is the most important thing for my team and our members.?
What is on your bucket list??
Travel more. I want to see the world.?
What do you do in your free time??
?I love being outdoors. In my free time, you can find me outside. At the lake, reading, hiking, swimming, anything outside in the sunshine.?
