IAM Analyst – Service & Delivery Management - Luxembourg


We are currently looking for a key member of the Service & Delivery Management Team.

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of user identities, access controls, and authorization mechanisms across enterprise systems. This role is critical in mitigating security risks by managing access permissions, enforcing identity governance policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The IAM Analyst collaborates with IT administrators, service owners, and security teams to implement and maintain IAM solutions, ensuring access rights align with user roles and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and refine Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege enforcement.
  • Maintain and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and governance frameworks in alignment with security standards (e.g., ISO 27001:2022, ISMS).
  • Conduct access reviews, audits, and compliance checks to ensure proper role alignment and detect unauthorized access.
  • Analyze, document, and optimize IAM workflows, ensuring efficient management of user lifecycle events.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to identify IAM-related vulnerabilities, risks, and process improvements.
  • Generate reports on user access, permissions, and historical access data for audits and compliance validation.
  • Support integration and administration of IAM tools, including Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.

Technical Competencies & Skills:

  • Identity & Access Governance: Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, authentication mechanisms, and authorization models.
  • Data Analysis & Risk Assessment: Ability to analyze user access data, identify security gaps, and assess risks associated with authentication and authorization processes.
  • Security Standards & Compliance: Knowledge of industry security frameworks (ISO 27001, ISMS) and best practices for identity management.
  • Technical Documentation: Experience in preparing functional and technical specifications for IAM-related solutions and policies.
  • Access Control Models: Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • IAM Tools & Technologies: Experience with IAM platforms, Active Directory (AD), LDAP, SSO, MFA, or other identity management systems.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to communicate security concepts effectively to stakeholders.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Ability to balance security requirements with user experience and business needs.

This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background in IAM security and a deep understanding of access management best practices. The IAM Analyst plays a vital role in strengthening the organization’s identity security posture and ensuring that user access remains secure, compliant, and efficient.
