Today, Wednesday 22nd May at 4pm, marks a significant day as this phenomenal property transitions into the hands of its new owners. I want to share my experience working with RocketAuctions.co.uk, led by Stuart Collar-Brown BSc (Hons) MNAVA , and what I gained from this remarkable partnership.

RocketAuctions.co.uk has collaborated with iad.uk.com on numerous projects, and my experience, as a consultant, with them has been exceptional. The level of professionalism, guidance, and partnership has been phenomenal. Stuart has been extremely kind and helpful to me and numerous prospects I've been fortunate to meet. Some qualified, some didn't; some loved it, and some were just window-shopping.

Through Stuart's decades of experience in property and auctions, I've learned a great deal and have also formed lasting friendships with people I met thanks to this property.

As we near the end of this journey on this project, my biggest challenge is stepping back and letting the process take place. I've developed strong relationships with more than one party actively trying to secure this deal. Stuart has been super supportive. His days are filled with meetings, cross-country drives, and a constantly ringing phone, yet he has always found time to respond to my messages, calls, and inquiries. He extends the same courtesy to my prospects.

Stuart's service levels are truly inspiring. Any property professional should emulate how he communicates and the time he dedicates to each interaction. It's clear why iad UK Director Lee O'Brien chose to partner with RocketAuctions. My experience reflects that of my colleagues across the country.

This property on Burnt Ash Hill, SE12, found its way to auction because the owner chose to work with Stuart. The owner needed to sell quickly and trusted Stuart to execute the process efficiently. Typically, properties on the market can take around three months for contracts to exchange. The owner didn't have that time and opted for a quicker sale, even if it meant offering a discount.

Many people jumped at this opportunity, but deals like this require immediate contracts to exchange, meaning prospects cannot be in a chain needing to sell their property first. For a discount, it requires cash on hand, and all necessary information is provided for due diligence in what we call the 'Legal Pack.'
