i24 Makes Big Impression at CAM-X 2023, Calgary.

i24 Call Management (i24)Solutions returned from our Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X) conference in Calgary, proudly carrying our 27th Consecutive Cam-X Award of Excellence (AOE).

We were also proud of our team, Sabrina Perron, our "Lady of Perpetual Disruption," for being awarded the prestigious Barbara Bradbury Mentoring – Pay it Forward Award.

CAM-X honours people who make the world a better place. Sabrina fits that description. She shines a light on others, helping them to see their strengths, picking them up when they falter, and encouraging them to find their inner greatness. She teaches by asking questions, and as a sounding board, she peels away layers of uncertainty to reveal a newfound level of confidence. By listening, she allows others to hear what’s in their hearts.?

Through coaching and through her example, she challenges others to alter their way of thinking and how they interact with the world around them - inspiring them to grow as people and to reach their personal and professional goals.?In other words - a mentor.

And the greatness continues! Mia-Kay Michaud, our "Lady of Perpetual Organization," won the Donald Swift Education Endowment Award (DSEE).

CAM-X is a cohesive group of concerned business people dedicated to helping owners and managers increase their business markets, profits, and opportunities and recognizes employees who facilitate learning and exemplify the mission of CAM-X.

After an intensive selection process, the candidate is given the opportunity to attend a CAM-X conference and experience the networking and educational sessions as members do.

i24 also became one of the few members to sponsor the climatic Awards Luncheon, where the Awards of Excellence (AOE) and Awards of Excellence Plus (AOE+) are presented. This wasn't an entirely altruistic action as i24 does have several peer companies that employ i24's translation services and hoped to add a few more. From the feedback we received, we succeeded in making an impression.
