I just saw this on Twitter the ability to pay to not see ads.?
Still, investing in paid social ads?
PEOPLE ARE PAYING MONEY TO AVOID YOUR EYE POLLUTION.
?This, in my view, will become a norm. Oh wait, it already is. NetFlix!
Just look around and ask yourself next time you on a social platform, "Am I intentionally trying to ignore ads?"
To me, things are about to change further with the onslaught of mediocre content thanks to Ai, and people fed up with unverified fake accounts, bots, Ai content and Adverting that sucks.
In addition, the reason advertising has become so cringy or clickbait or filled with so much nonsense is that you are told you must "Grab Attention" vs "Build Trust."
My take is Marketing on social media is changing. It is becoming a brand awareness medium in ads vs sales activation for the most part.
Let's face it: this is only going to get more complicated. You need to uplevel your Personal Brand game, and double down on ONLY meaningful and potent content that underscores the values, the value and the unique point of difference that shifts from people buying into "Buying in."?
In my view, why building a Groundswell, aka community, is fast becoming the new sales flywheel. ? I know how "Spookyfoxinc" (Ironically not a real person) posted this "I wish Ads Felt PAIN when You Skipped them" - IF you are going to create an advertisement.

10 个月It is interesting to see how a lot of "power" has transferred into the hands of the actual customer. And more and more the ways of advertising are outdated and becoming irrelevant, and exactly what you said -- who do you know? who do you trust? what are they using and why? Good for re-thinking strategy!
