If i were to do my fitness journey again what would i do...

If I were to go and gain muscle again.

What would I do?

Would I jump on steroids or drink raw eggs every day that ends in a Y?

I can say for certain that I have never done both of them and as appealing as they sound, ill leave it.

But what I would do is learn a system that I could rinse and repeat.

Add weight on through the winter and then cut for the summer. `Repeat that until you are happy with where you are at.

How simple does that sound?

But it does have its complexities...

How much do you lose?

How much would you then gain?

these are variables that depend on what goal you want.

the 3 things that I teach my clients

1. Losing weight is challenging and getting "peeled" is overrated.

2.Having a physique where you are happy with how you look and how you perform trumps the above.

3. Gaining weight should be done in ranges and not a free for all.


Inside the man on a mission programme, everything will be mapped out. It won't be a hit and hope, you will be expected to get to your result and know why you got there.
