SP ROBOTICS WORKS

I am one of the authorized franchise from may 2018 in kumbakonam, TamilNadu.

I paid 7 lacks INR for franchises including the kits with license keys. See the description below.

I have taken a loan of about 26lakhs for the office setup requirements from SPRW. In these 26lakhs I modified one of my homes to an office in kumbakonam, and I spent it for interior, laptops and all. Finally I started the branch on 1st may 2018.

After that i did many types of promotions in kumbakonam and i spent over 5 lacks in a year and i am not getting enough leads.

Through my promotions many students contact me to support their own projects. But I couldn't.

Because #SPRW modules are prerecorded programs and they can't support beyond the module.i am sure they don't have a tech team beyond the knowledge.many times i contact them for technical support for the projects but then refuse to attend the calls from me.That's why many clients left us.

So Far i have run the #SPRW for one year. Suddenly they modify many terms and they force us to improve business through mail and suddenly they announce without any discussion that they convert all the licence keys to a wallet amount.

After that they announce that the wallet amount is valid for the short term.Then i give a time-frame to increase my business and they said if i am unable to reach the targets you will be terminated. I tried a lot to achieve the targets. But I couldn't. 

I got a chance to conduct a event in a international school to welcome Mylswamy Annadurai, popularly known as Moon Man of India, is an Indian scientist working as vice president for Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology (TNSCST),Chairman, Board of Governors, National Design and Research with a self balancing robot. 

I contacted SPRW for technical support to design a self -balancing robot for this event. Finally SPRW said we don't have enough tech teams for this. And then they said many reasons and started to refuse to attend my calls.

If they helped me that moment I may get a contract to train students in that school. But I lost it.

Finally SPRW announced that you're not competent to run the center and block all my portal access without any discussion.

That time my wallet had 1,58,870 INR. When I asked for a refund of the wallet amount but they didn't give any explanation and they didn't attend the call anymore. 

I catch a guy through another channel and I ask to at least refund my wallet amount and I ask to resell my robotic kits. But he said we can't and if you have any problem file a case against us will face it in court without any consideration.

(Today 28 MAY 2021) STILL I DIDN'T GET MY WALLET AMOUNT OF 1,58,870 INR

I am totally locked in and I am paying 55000 due for the loan which i took for this business without any income from it.

I discussed this with a lawyer regarding this and he said all corporate documents contain very safer-side statements for owners only and if we file a case it may take many years and we won't win the case against them and we have to spend more for it.

I don't have enough money to fight with them.Finally I am a loser and I am in a very critical survival situation.

I just want to share this to the investors who do business with this kind of company.

This is a very very bad experience in my life.

Don't believe in this kind of business without having extreme knowledge on it.
