I want to lose fat, but I like all the wrong stuff.

Helping ambitious men supercharge their fitness, career, relationships and finances so they can live life on purpose.
It may be true that you like beer, crisps, chocolate, wine, pizza and cake.
Who doesn’t ?
But just because you like these things, doesn’t mean you cannot get into the shape you want.
Sure, nobody can’t eat and drink what you want every day, but you can enjoy the process and get into shape without following a miserable diet.
When someone tells me that they like all the wrong stuff, a few things come to mind about what’s going on.
If people don’t plan their meals ahead, there’s less chance of them sticking to some good nutritional habits. The old favourite, “I’m going to try and be healthy” approach, without structure and planning will end in failure.
Most people who have a bit of weight to lose can plan meals that force the body to lose fat. And there can be room in the diet for chocolate, pizza, beers, wine etc.
A lot of guys who say they eat the wrong things tend to be the ones who don’t drink any water. Bumping up water intake will reduce the need for crap, high calorie foods.
Another simple way to lose fat quickly is to fill your plate with protein and fibre before anything else. You end up having a big portion of food whilst keeping calories pretty low. The more protein and fibre you eat, the less cravings you’ll have.
Liking all the wrong stuff isn’t the problem. We all like the wrong stuff. Some get results and see progress, and most don’t.
The ones who see progress don’t avoid the ‘wrong’ stuff. They simply do the right stuff first. And do it more often.
