Great Companion for Exploring the Docs

It is a great tool for querying documentation with specific details. Here is an example of how this will boost your results:

As you can see, it will provide you with instructions on what you want to do. On the right side, there are links to specific and related documents that support what it is suggesting. This is a tool that will help you find what you are looking for faster than the search bar.

Code Generator

It can also write code for specific requests based on your context. The more specific your question is, the better the generated code will be.

It works well in the chat, but there is also a Code Generator tool that can be used for this purpose. It comes with some examples on the right side and is better than ChatGPT.

Far from Perfect

Some of the issues I found are as follows:

• Suggested code with an old SDK version; fix this by specifying that you want to use the latest version.
• Suggested node dependencies that do not exist.
• Created code that seems correct but is not supported; it contradicted what was suggested, saying, "Sorry, this is not supported."
• There is a limit of only 500 character per request.
• Returned a message saying I was working for a competitor and can't continue answering.

Does not have a history (yet..)

It lacks a history feature, at least for the moment. It would be a nice feature to have.

However, when I found an error in the response and explained that it was not supported, it started to answer correctly in future requests. It seems to learn from previous conversations.

Conclusion

From my experience, I can tell that it is an excellent replacement for ChatGPT when it comes to querying for commercetools information. Not only does it improve over time, but it also has the potential to save you a significant amount of time. My strong recommendation is for everyone involved with commercetools, be it business users, developers, or architects, to incorporate this tool into their workflows.

By leveraging this tool, the number of support tickets I raise has noticeably decreased. Many questions find quick and accurate answers here, contributing to a more efficient support.
