I thought I had writer's block.

I thought I had writer's block.

I thought I had writer's block. I was wrong.

I didn't need to start a newsletter to prove otherwise, but hey-- this had been on my mind for a while. The Taurean in me figured it was time to take the bull by its horns.

Guiding principle: these words are simple and true.

Your truth is your power. It's something that no one can take away from you.

There is a lyrical ecstasy to these words. As I write, I ground myself in what is real and true. I separate myself from the thoughts that swirl in my mind. I step into my art, my artistry, my power, and my freedom.

The freedom of simply being.

I hate the word 'I'. It feels scary-- self-indulgent. The rage of spaciousness. The shame of taking up space. Of being loud. Of... I don't even know what.

But I like it, too. Otherwise, I wouldn't do it.

This is a space to be.

This will be my space to be, and perhaps also yours too.

As I write, and as you read, I invite you to feel.

I invite you to notice what comes up. I invite you to explore, as gently and compassionately as you can muster. I invite you to grant yourself the space to be and embrace the multitudes that you are and contained.

I invite you to go on a journey with me.

I can't wait to meet you.
