I Think I'm Done w/ Coaching

I just don't have the time and it's not scalable.

I'm running 2 businesses, raising 2 kids, building 2 games, and doing too much : )

I still need to coach, I just want to do it for free.

• I need to do it because of the feedback loop it creates for me to iterate and create new courses - that's where I'll drive my revenue.
• I want to do it for free because it's significantly less of a commitment and gives me a lot more flexibility in my schedule (which is what I need most).

Group coaching was my original solution for the scaling issue but truthfully, I don't want the added pressure of the sales cycles.

It's so much easier for me to hop on podcasts and teach my systems at scale. Then repurpose the recordings into social content and sell courses.

I need to do less and be better at it.

Plus, this way I'll think of coaching as a collaboration. One focused on high-value testimonials and case studies from people with good communities. Not to mention the caliber of feedback they'll provide to improve my content.

This is a hard decision

But it's one that's got to be made. I'm not busy but I do too much.

I keep saying I need to say 'no' to more. But maybe it's time to say no to the stuff I'm already doing too.

The amount of time I spend coaching + running business development for it adds up fast. I could use that time back to refocus on and improve my core strategy.

Get on podcasts, sell courses.

That's it - keep it simple!
