Last year, I shut down my consulting business to answer 1 simple question:
What's the #1 best, fastest & most profitable way to scale an agency/consulting biz from scratch.
I started a brand new e-commerce consulting business (Ecomgrowth) specifically for the fashion niche.
And I put everything to the test:?
And although I got exactly 1 client from each one of those channels, I knew deep down that none of these was the answer to my thesis.?
They all work, but they all take time, are complicated, and all of them felt gimmicky, unnatural.
So I decided to go high-risk, high-reward, and adventure on the most leveraged, most risky & most ridiculed way of client acquisition:
Paid ads.?
But the question was, how? And which channel??
So I decided to put the major 3 to the test:
And again, I got exactly 1 client from each of these channels, but they were though to crack, and the CPM’s on these channels were so high it didn’t leave any margin for error, so much so that I could foresee it would make it near-impossible to scale.?
I was almost about to give up, until I stumbled on a little known ad platform that recently gotten a complete renovation.?
In fact, it was so novel to me, that even I, with my experience in adplatforms like Snapchat ads, Bing and Taboolah ads, didn’t know it was even possible to advertise here.?
It was only when I was speaking with an old growth consulting client of mine who wanted my help again told me he was using this unconventional platform to “promote” his course.?
I was very sceptical to try it since my niche was fashion brands i assumed fashion founders would not spend time anywhere else than Instagram, and especially not on this specific social media app.
Anyhow
I always believe in trying out weird stuff, and I could only know for sure if I tried it myself.?
It could either be another obvious blunder, a total “duhh”, or...
I could struck a goldmine.?
So I gave this new ad-platform a try...
My ads were live?the same day, and off we went.
Leads flooded the gates the next morning.
$1 each.
Even though...
My ads and funnel weren't that optimized.
My offer was still brand new.
I barely had a case study (just 1)
No testimonials or reviews.
So I really didn't expect it.
I went inside the adplatform, to find out that instead of the CPM being around $100 like with Google, Linkedin and Meta.
The CPM on this ad-platform was $0,50.
Meaning:
It's 50-200 times cheaper to advertise on this platform, than it is on the other platforms as before mentioned.
Which essentially means, you have a 50-200x higher margin for error.
You can mess everything up and still be profitable.
But this is what really blew my mind...

My results after 60 days
Adspend: $6,589
CPM: $0.55
CPC: $0,10
CPBC: $109,33
Cash Collected: $35,439
CAC: $1,080
ROAS: 5.37
This was the direct ROAS on cash, not even included the contracted revenue that was to follow.
And not only that, I got over 4000+ leads, of which over 1500 qualified leads who were actually qualified and entered correct name, email and phone number.

These platforms are way overcrowded and CPM's are in the $100s.
But not for Twitter Ads.
Its why in the next few months, some agencies will be able to leverage it to massively scale their agency and become the #1 operator in their niche.
