Odille Remmert

Co-founder of The Remmert Method ? Odille is an empowerment coach, author, and speaker, specializing in the neuroscience of self-image and emotions.

Having dramatically turned her own life around - personally, professionally, and financially, Odille has worked with clients, worldwide, helping them to do the same.

In mid-2015, at 51 years old, Odille was renting a room in a shared house, in Gloucester, England, cleaning houses, doing a few singing gigs, and trying to make a living helping others.

She had overcome depression and being suicidal, however, she continued to experience the life-long pattern of financial struggle and drama which prevented her from being able to pay her bills, despite hard work, constant effort, and a strong work ethic.

Using what she now teaches, based on the latest in neuroscience, Odille transformed her own life by changing the negative unconscious references that were keeping her stuck.

Odille met her husband, Steve, in 2017, and together they created the modality: The Remmert Method - combining techniques for gaining control over brain and body chemistry, and changing implicit memories that form self-image.

Along with all of the other results Odille experienced from using these techniques, she also ended up owning three of the rental properties she used to clean, back in 2015!

Great post on overcoming people-pleasing tendencies! Odille Remmert It's fascinating how these habits can spill over into various aspects of life, even driving. One often overlooked aspect is how people-pleasing can impact decision-making in business. The desire to avoid conflict might lead to suboptimal choices or missed opportunities. Recognizing and addressing these tendencies can transform not just personal behavior but also professional outcomes. It’s crucial to balance empathy with assertiveness to ensure better, more confident decision-making. Thanks for sharing these insights!
