I still have to make difficult decisions

I still have to make difficult decisions

I recently joined an email marketing group programme because I’m done with socials.

I want to move to a business model where my marketing focuses on my own website and my email list.

Before I joined the programme, I knew that my welcome?sequences (that first series of emails you get when you join an email list) needed some TLC.

I just didn’t know what needed to change.

As part of the programme I had access to sample email outlines and prompts to guide me in freshening up those sequences.

Templates.

But created in such a way that no 2 sequences (written by different people) would read the same.

And since I set them up in my email marketing platform I’ve seen a real improvement in people engaging with those emails.

I’ve had people replying to those emails with their website questions and problems (which you can do any time BTW) and I’ve been able to give them advice specific to their situation.

Templates often get a bad rep.

We’re told that there aren’t any cookie cutter solutions for the problems we have in our businesses. And most of the time, that’s right.

You’re likely not going to achieve world domination with a series of low cost templates in the different parts of your business.

BUT that doesn’t mean that they can’t help you right now, whether you’re just starting out or growing.

It’s one of the reasons I’m launching my website template shop next month.

(I’m looking for 2 service based businesses to test the templates before they launch, register your interest.)

We’re not all blessed with bags of cash when we start our businesses. I certainly wasn’t.

Even as I grow and scale I still have to make difficult decisions on where to spend my money.

I still use templates and outlines in the areas of my business I know need a shake up, but I don’t have the money to outsource yet.

So don’t dismiss templates outright because you think they’ll make you look or sound like every other business.

If you’ve put ‘sort out website’ on your list of goals for Q1 but you don’t yet have a budget to outsource, you might want to consider becoming a beta tester for my template shop.

You will get the template for £30, 75% cheaper than when it’s launched publicly, in return for feedback and I will link to your new sites in my promotional material across my website, email list and social media.

If this sounds like something you’d like to learn more about please fill in this form, and you’ll then be sent an email with more detailed information.

Filling in the form doesn’t commit you to going on to become a tester, it’s just an expression of interest.

Kim

TLDR; I’m looking for 2 service based business owners to road test one of my website templates before it goes on sale publicly next month. If that sounds like it could be for you, register your interest and you'll get an email with more detailed info.
