As I sit here today and reflect on the year thats been, I'm just feeling an overwhelming sense of pride - which is hard for me, because habitually, I normally focus on what's missing.

But today I would love to share with you and together celebrate the massive achievements we've had this year in hope that it will inspire you to have a greater sense of hope in 2024.

So here are the biggest wins for us in 2023:

?? Ran our first in person 3-day event with students flying ?? in from Florida, Arizona, UK, Sweden, Singapore, and all parts of Australia.

This was a big milestone because we were in lock down for 2 years prior.

?? Flew my 2 right hand team members all the way from Phillipines to be in Sydney and met them for the very first time. Maria & Eunice - Thank you so much for all you do ????????

?? Turned 40... yes the big 40. I honestly never envision to be where I am today at this age, yet alone ever at all

?? Got asked to speak in front of 600 highly successful entrepreneurs at Russell Brunsons Mastermind event where the minimum entry ticket to be in that room ranged from $25K all the way up to $250K ??

?? Formed an amazing friendship and alliance with Pedro Adao - aka the challenge guy and together we are creating huge waves in the challenge space

?? Ask to speak on Russell Brunsons and Pedro Adaos challenge secrets masterclass with 25,000 people registered!! This still feels surreal...

?? Won Russell Brunson's Inner circle Member of the month for the 2nd time. This was voted by over 100 inner circle members. ??

?? Launched the Underdog Movement for early stage coaches & officially acquired and the proud owner of theunderdogmovement.com

?? Ran our largest ever 5-day challenge for coaches - The Underdog Challenge with over 230 coaches in the actual zoom room.

? Successfully? launched our brand new program - The Underdog Academy - which has nearly done 7-figures on its own since launch.

?? Revolutionised the challenge space through innovating the Tiny Challenge(TM) framework. We officially got this IP trademarked as well

?? Took my wife Penny Dinh to her VERY first personal development event and what better than that to be live in person at Tony Robbins flagship Unleash The Power Within event ??

?? From that event, Penny then went on to leave Optometry and acquire her dream business - The Edit, which is a high end luxury consignment store. So proud of you baby! ??

?? Celebrated being married 10 years to Penny and a total of 20 years together. And hand on heart, our relationship now is the best it's ever been. ?? so greatful to you baby

?? Celebrated another year of growth of our 3 daughters who turned 8, 6 and 2. Gosh they are growing up so fast.

?? Of all content topics I shot, a video that I did about parenting completely went viral with over 900 shares!!!! 900!! ??????

? ?And last but not least, celebrated another amzing year of business partnership and friendship with a man that never asks to be acknowledged. And thats to you Tony Kaye. My white brother. Every day I am grateful to you and Isla and this has been my best 12 months in my 40 years on this earth and it would have not happened without you.
