I set the intention to have an epic year and it happened!

5 years ago, I was loving life as a 'freelancer', had some amazing clients, but wasn't growing at a rate I would have liked and didn't really have a viable business.

But what I did have was self-belief.

I'm very fortunate to have always believed in myself, (as I do my lovely clients). I know I can do anything I put my mind to. My dear Mum has also always encouraged that too!

I set the intention to have an epic year and it happened!

Since then I truly believed that I could make each year my year.

2019 was a key year for me...

??I won a Digital Business of The Year Award

???????Studied hard & passed another marketing diploma course

???♀?Grew my team & outsourced

??Developed my networking events in it’s second year bringing people together & providing speaking & marketing opportunities

?????Facilitated social media workshops & courses

??Invited to speak at events & in education

??Collaborated with other large international organisations

??Inspired & supported others

.......to name a few

This just shows that with hard work, self-belief, determination and having positive people around you who have the experience and knowledge can get you where you want to be.

It also shows that you should do what you do best and outsource the rest!

Know your strengths, but also know your areas of weakness and know that admitting to them isn't a sign of weakness!

So now is a crucial time to get clear on your mission & vision for 2020.
