I See Pride, I See Power, I See A Bad***

Recently, I came across a quote that resonated with me deeply. It stated?

“Those Who Mind Don’t Matter, and Those Who Matter Don’t Mind”

That quote reminds of what Yul told Junior in the movie Cool Runnings. In life you need to take action. You cannot fail to act because of what others might think of you. You have to be decisive in your decisions and stand behind them. At times when I was making my own personal decisions, people thought that I was nuts. When I look back my greatest accomplishment comes by following some key strategic decisions without the approval of others. Every time I wait and think of what others might think and seek others' approval I have usually failed abysmally at the things I wanted to accomplish.?

Each person needs to have a little Yul in themselves. Where you don’t give a crap about what others think. Because those who truly matter don’t mind.

You have to be the captain of your own ship, and chase your own destiny. Those who are truly with you will stand with you. They will seek ways to help you on your journey regardless of what that might be. No matter the miniscule amount of success you have they will have joy with you. They will not discourage you in your lack of progress. At the end of the day those people will be with you no matter what. It is a betrayal to yourself and those that matter to seek approval from those who do not matter. They may have been in the same situation as you and don’t brag about how they got out of the situation they don’t know off. From my experience I have not met someone who is truly successful that has been mean. Only the FAKE people are mean.
