I Was Rumbled! Sourdough In Hand and Procrastination In Heart!

Hey There!
Happy Thanksgiving to my American Friends and Happy Friday to you all!
Well well well, wasn't I just rumbled?!
I just got a lift back from a neighbouring town from a friend who must have sensed I had work I needed to be doing; more than I had needed to get a half-hour bus just to get sourdough on a whim. Like, I just had to.
You know what? Sometimes, for someone who’s pretty well disciplined, I sometimes find it incredibly challenging to do what it is that I need to be doing when it comes to anything other than moving my body.
I know it’s part and parcel of the way my brain is, and yet, it can be incredibly frustrating.
It’s why the use of incremental changes and habits are absolutely fundamental to the way I live - because I need to trick my brain into doing things before I think about doing them and because I have to strike a mental deal with my brain that I will get to spend a good amount of time doing what I want, as long as I commit to doing at least half an hour of what I really don’t want to do - even if it is for my benefit and ultimately, the greater good of all.
Maybe it's the same for you? But maybe in a different arena? As I find this is often what people struggle with when it comes to moving their body or making choices around food and lifestyle that have neural tags along the lines of BOOOOOORRRRIIIIINGGGG!!! NEEEEEEEEEEXT!
Whilst part of my resistance comes from experienced trauma and learning, once again, that it’s safe for me to take up space and share what I’m good at because people really will benefit from it - and so to keep it to myself would be selfish - mainly, I just want to spend my life wandering around on walks, in gyms, or travelling around to take myself for lunch, all just so I can write one email, one post or one programme.
And you know what?
I’ve resisted it for so long, but I’m actually finding this really is the optimum way for me to work.
I do my best writing, teaching and sharing from a place of freedom and autonomy. The more I am enjoying my life and doing what I want to do and showing what is possible - the more people want to get involved!
The only annoying thing is - it makes things a little bit tricky when I have to finish compiling a course that is going to allow me to work this more permanently! That being said, much of it is already done! (Exciting!) I’ve built these courses over the course of a decade; and the membership I almost completely built this year will be a part of that offering too for any founding members.
Nonetheless, sourdough purchased; and my being escorted back home before I indulge in listening to another hour of a freaking ace neuroscience book, here I am, writing this newsletter and then writing the copy for the Signature offer I’m perched ready to pre-launch. Followed by adding in the completed work into the course and writing the schedule to finish the filming.

Though it may pain me to admit, I have been feeling scattered and feeding fear-based procrastination by having a million things go on at once; and it’s taken me a long time to admit that having more than one core offer is just not going to help matters.
Thus, it’s going to be one! One course! Which also means, in the next 6 months I will be hiring an assistant to support me in doing the things my autistic brain doesn’t feel interested in doing so I can continue to share my actual zone of genius, uninterrupted, with you!
In the Course, there will be these courses and sections
