"I was born and brought up in a small town in Jharkhand. Growing up, my family's financial condition was never too good, we had limited resources, and my father worked as a basic employee in the Tata and Steel company."
Since both my parents didn't get enough opportunities to pursue their education properly, they would always teach me that,
"Education is the only thing that will help you through hardships".
I completed both my 10th and 12th education at a missionary school, which was a bit different from any normal school; in my school, we had no closed rooms as classrooms, rather we had our classes in an open area.
In our times, most children from poor families used to study in missionary schools. After completing my 12th board, I shifted to Delhi.
In Delhi, I stayed at my brother-in-law's, and thereafter started my preparations for pursuing BBA from a reputed university in Delhi. Since I didn't have enough funds to take coaching classes, one of my friends would provide their class notes to me.
After months of preparations, dedication and hard work, I finally cleared the management entrance exam with flying colours. I got admission to the Indraprastha University Delhi, where I got a 100% scholarship on my tuition fees and only had to pay the hostel fees.

During my college days, I worked as a Cashier at the Domino's in Gurgaon, where I worked the evening shift after completing my college classes by 6 pm.
After graduating in 2004, I got a job at Vishal Retail Limited for a monthly salary of only INR 4500; since my father was close to his retirement by then, I decided to take the job not only to support my family but also to gain some experience in the marketing world.
As time passed by, I joined Aditya Birla Ltd., in the Management Department, where I used to handle several of their stores around Jaipur and Gurgaon. At present,
I work in one of the most prosperous corporations, Flipkart; where I work with Flipkart Wholesalers as an Associate Director; It's been more than 10 years of me working in Flipkart and my journey through the struggling financial days to a luxurious, successful life has been truly an astounding one.
Here's a touching narrative from Santosh, "During my childhood days, the time of Diwali, I remember my mother had a hard time gathering money to buy some sweets for the puja. That day, my mother's struggling situation, made me realise that one day I would be successful enough to help as many poor people as I can, and I feel the happiest ever to have achieved that stage in my life.
Here are some messages from Santosh on life and career:
"Stay Calm & Grounded, Stay Happy & Positive, and Focus on your Karma. If you are true to your dedication and hard work, God will pave the path to success for you."
