I realized my dream in 2022, and you?

Moving to the new year is a great opportunity to do a retrospective of the achievements in 2022.

Most of the time we don’t take a moment to think about ourselves because we are taken in our daily routine. But STOP, it is so important to give a sense to our life!

Have you ever thought about the benefit to getting a high-level view of yourself??

First, you can start by listing all the things that have delighted you this year. What are the experiences that made you happy, motivated, and confident? What moments with your loved ones, collaborators or customers pleased you? What are you grateful for? ?

Then, you can identify all the big milestones of the year and think what you have learnt about those experiences. What made you stronger??What could have been improved??

I love to look on the rear-view mirror to understand what the foundations are that I can rely on; and what is the work (achievable) I still can do to become a better person.

If you do that work; you will always have a positive mindset. Why? Because you will have a clear vision of what you want to achieve, you will define a plan to convert vision into action, you will be satisfied because you will have accomplished what you dreamt of.

There is a quote I love: “To go to sleep satisfied, you must wake-up intent”

2022, is the year when I have changed my life. I moved to New-York in the United States.

Since I was very young, I was attracted by this wonderful and amazing region. A place where everything is possible. I have processed the achievement of this goal.

When I started at InsideBoard AI , from the very beginning Micha?l Bentolila and Yohan Bentolila , already had the ambition to bring the company to the USA.

We have worked so hard to bring the company at this stage, after 2 fund raisings, hundreds of customers, thousands of users, hundreds of amazing insiders… Finally, we have launched this market in 2022. I am so proud of us!

After 8 years working in the company, our founders proposed me to take this adventure and operate InsideBoard AI international growth. I am so grateful to InsideBoard AI , family and friends for their support. A special thanks to Marc Hayem who leads the USA market and gave me the best welcoming ever in the USA.

Moving from Europe to the USA by yourself and alone is not as easy as I would think but I did it. I learnt a lot about myself and about life.

Here is following a digest of what I learnt:

• Think step by step and don’t overload your mind
• Take time to appreciate and celebrate each quick wins
• Take care of your energy and health.
• It is ok to not be ok
• Take the support and positive vibes of your friends and colleagues.
• Ask for some help.
• Rely on your network to get the best insights of this unknown area. ?

I am really excited about this new life and new departure! It is a project that raises me personally and professionally. It is so satisfying to be so accomplished by this experience after few months having started this new adventure.

My work is my passion, I am convinced that we have a mission to help our customers and prospects. It is so stimulating to bring our European experience to our new USA customers.

For 2023, I want to share more experiences, connect our customers, take care of any members of my network to help them in their pains and successes. With almost 10 years working with leading companies, I promise you to share my learnings, best practices, and market insights to help you reaching the next level. It is a new challenge for me to be more active on LinkedIn and to be more connected to people sharing the same passion than mine.
