If I put you in a time machine...

One of the most unexpected lessons I have learned about financial advice...
Is that although it is about the money, it is NOT about the money.
I love to ask this question: "If I put you in a time machine, and take you to a future where all your monetary goals have been achieved, what would you want to do with your life at that point?"
Most people actually have no answer. And this is ok. Some people say they would like to have family time, health, and so on. And on some rare occasions, some people say they would like to make the world a better place via various forms of charity.
For me, I answer this question by doing the things that make me feel great. I love adventure racing, I love charity work, I love to learn and study new hobbies, and I love to advance myself spiritually.
Essentially I try to play a game where I end up leaving the world in a better place than I found it while doing the things I love.
How would you answer this question?
