I need Cheapest Machine!
Yesterday , I received a whatsapp message from a stranger from Nigeria.
Smart as you,you must know what happens to him from conversation.It is definitely none of my business and I know I should say "No" directly,but I didn't.
This guy is thousands of miles far away from China. Under the situation which can't get contact with the supplier, he opened the machine and tried to solve the problem by himself,unfortunately, he failed.
Seems now what he can do is : Try to contact the supplier or ask other's help to fix the machine or buy a new machine. No matter what decision he made, he need to stop his repairing business and spend time for this machine.
We must admit it is so easy to source many suppliers if you need some products, and you may chuckle over the cheapest price you got. But that is the real cost you pay?
Providing you start a new company, how would you develop the market? The common strategy is lower price.This situation happens to BGA rework station market in China too.To win the market,they sell machine at very cheap price, even no any profit. And few years past,some company disappear and some company have no development ,no more staff for R&D or after-sales service.Then the one who bought the cheapest one will face the problem as the Nigerians.
As the Biggest BGA rework station manufacture, we faced the competition from competitors with very low price,but we never would like to beat them by lower quality and bad services !At same time,we know new product is necessary for a company,we spend lots on the new technology and product development. Now we have X-ray inspection machine and will have new machine release at August! Only survive ,then you can develop and provide service. We wish we can guarantee each one who buy our machine can get after service as long as possible, not just 2 years, 5 year, but 8 years, 10 years even longer!
