You may not realize that roughly 60% of home buyers put down less than 6% (myself included and I also had the misconception that I needed to save 20% of the down payment prior to talking to a lender.) 6 年Not only dont you need 20% down to buy a house - you can do so with grant money, gift funds and minimum downs of only 3%!? Woo Hoo!!
