I May Never Do This Again

I May Never Do This Again

It’s hard to believe we’re almost at year’s end, and given how 2020 has played out that may not be a bad thing.

Still, endings are endings. They often provoke negative thoughts such as Where did the time go? What did I accomplish? Am I prepared for what’s next?

Here’s what I hear from my coaching clients: They want to be ready. Ready to create something new. Ready to do something different. Ready to make something better.

How about you?

Instead of ending the year 2020 feeling mentally worn out, what if you felt focused and ready for 2021? Or just a little less muddled.

I know, I know – the world is still an uncertain place, and it doesn’t feel right to make a big commitment. So, here’s an offer I’ve never made before, and may never offer again, but am compelled to offer now because I truly believe in the power of coaching to help leaders learn to lead themselves.

Last week I opened up some additional space in my December calendar for a two-session mini-coaching experience:

  • In Session 1 you will gain clarity on your values. Knowing what truly motivates and fulfills you is like having a high-powered flashlight for finding and creating opportunities that are right for you.
  • In Session 2 you will leverage that knowledge and set an intention for 2021. Unlike goals that are either met or not met, an intention supports an ongoing discovery process – so you can shine your flashlight on all of the intriguing things that may be right in front of you.

Of course, truly transformative coaching – the kind that fundamentally changes how we interact with the world - doesn’t happen in just two sessions (typically I collaborate with my clients for six to twenty-four months). But taking even this one step can arm you with a new perspective for the year to come. Here’s what a client recently shared with me:

“Laura has a great ability to lower the head noise of her clients and strip the thinking down to the needed questions to be addressed. Our sessions pointed me back to my North Star and resurfaced the gifts I want to bring to my work as well as the world.” - Pattie M.

Are you ready to take action in December? I’m offering a package of two 1:1 coaching sessions at 60-minutes each (with an inquiry assignment in between).

Enrollment is easy – simply respond to me here with the subject “December Coaching” and I’ll send you the details.

[Alternately, please feel free to forward to a friend or colleague!]

And if you decide to continue on the coaching journey with me, this initial investment will be applied to the fee for either my standard three- or six-month engagement packages.

“Use a compass, not a map—have a sense of direction and then meander with purpose.” -Stephen Shapiro, Author

As of today I have just a couple of spots left and this offer will expire on 11.24.20 - so if you’re interested please don’t hesitate to connect with me.

Be well,

Laura
