I made a huge mistake at work.

I made a huge mistake at work.

In 2012, when I took over as president, I was determined to prove myself. I arrived early, stayed late, and handled everything from client meetings to daily operations. But trying to do it all was my biggest mistake. The constant grind wore me down, and I couldn't be as effective as I needed to be. It took this experience to realize that true leadership means delegating and empowering my team.

After years of developing my leadership skills and coaching countless others—from managers to CEOs of $400M companies—I now conduct research on leadership and write to share what I’ve learned. My goal is to pass on the insights I’ve gained from my own experiences and from the best in the field.

To start, I’ve written a leadership eBook about effective meetings, one of my big passions in the workplace since most meetings are a waste of time. I think you will find great value in it.
