Being Fair for You's Chief Commercial Officer means that I...

Lead on new product development and manage our partnerships, including with our range of amazing partner retailers. Our new partnership with Euronics, announced earlier this month, is a recent example of that.

When did you join Fair for You, and what did you do before?

I joined in 2015 when it was just being set up - we hadn't even made our first loan - initially in the role of legal and compliance officer. Before that, I was at the 英国赫特福德大学 , completing my Law degree.

What do you most enjoy about working for Fair for You?

It's been a wonderful journey seeing us grow from an innovative start-up to what we are today - still innovative of course, and not a huge organisation but creating significant social impact for tens of thousands of households across the country.

Day-to-day, I love the problem-solving element of understanding what we need to do to make a new partnership, product or feature a success, so that it gets the right results for us, our retail partner, and of course our customers.

Fair for You is unique, so there's no template for what we're doing, which makes for a great challenge.

My proudest moment at Fair for You was…

The national launch of the Iceland Food Club in 2022, in partnership with Iceland Foods . It was the culmination of a lot of hard work by a lot of amazing people, but going national and hearing first hand the impact it has on the families we support made it all worth it.

If I was Prime Minister for a day, the first thing I'd do is...

Improve financial education in schools, to give all children a better chance of financial resilience as they grow up.

Outside of work, you’ll find me…

Either in the?gym?or out for a walk - unfortunately an injury has scuppered my (fleeting) football career, but have found the competition of squash to be a suitable replacement.
