I love design and 3D modelling

I haven't been working at full capacity in design of late. I have been expanding my banana plantation and thinking of opportunities moving forward. I was thinking of the effected people who lost in the 2019-2020 fire pre lockdown.

My understanding is people have been set back due to the restrictions and financial constraints and things are taking longer than anticipated to rebuild.

I was thinking of the cheapest, easiest way to provide basic shower, toilet and cooking facilities and a place to lay your head.

These tough times have found the cost and supply of second hand Silos at cheap prices. These Silos are often designed to be flat packed for freight services and people have used these fames to fit out temporary accommodation while people are rebuilding.

This is a small Silo (approx 3850mm dia x 3950 High) which is very affordable and easily assembled without large machines and a lot of site preparation.

I haven't managed to design the windows around the top or the internal walls, insulation and services yet but basically I believe that the possibility exists to create portable, site erected, temporary accommodation using cheap second hand silos as the basis of design.

At 3850 Diameter, a Silo can create a basic layout for Double accommodation and can easily be fitted out with little effort.

Utilising laser cutting and CNC folding techniques to make the spiral stairs from Aluminum Checker plate and simple SHS 100x100x3.0 Framing with EA 50x5.0 Floor and Wall joist etc. a much needed temporary solution for fire victims could be established relatively cheaply, quickly and without fuss.

Obviously the framework would need to be engineered approved and regulations from state to state and local council approvals would need to be considered but perhaps we can find some people wanting something to do to help out to see if this is viable?

I am happy to do any 3D modelling required for anyone in need and am happy for the designs to be open market so once we get a design approved anyone can use it to help people who needs temporary accommodation while they rebuild.. i.e. regardless of the diameter and height of the Silo common things will exist. i.e. Floor / Wall Joists, Spiral Stair details, Frame Sizing and spacing etc.
