I Launched Flow Canvas Support!

I have been quiet on the newsletter front lately. But there is a good reason for that.

I have been talking a lot about how people will end up with spaghetti triggers in their Orgs, considering all the various parties that add stuff often with little coordination, such as admins, developers, managed and unmanaged packages, and now LLMs.

I put my money and sweat where my mouth is and launched a new Flow Canvas Support service in addition to Flow Canvas Academy training programs.

This is an affordable offering for mid-size organizations to get support for their platform, similar to Salesforce Premier Support.

A recurring monthly fee gets you into the program and gives you ticket resolution entitlements. On top of that, you can book live support depending on your needs.
