?4.?????Care plans. Your nurses have done a great job on your care plans from a set of thorough assessments undertaken with your consumers and your care plans are detailed and comprehensive covering all the necessary stipulations. Right?

?5.?????Governance. You know governance is the framework that informs your business what to do and how and when. Your policies and procedures are detailed and personalised like your care plans, and you have no fear that they are too short or overly verbose or that your staff can safely follow them.
