Dear readers,
Stocks cooled off in the wake of the previous week’s rally, and the major U.S. indexes finished mixed overall. The NASDAQ gained more than 2% while?the S&P 500 and the Dow were little changed.?Growth?stocks generally outperformed their value counterparts.
But what about the I Know First AI algorithm picked? Did they also cool off??Not at all!?
In the 3 days period, we saw a 27.22% average return for the?Implied Volatility Options?package. For a matter of comparison, the S&P 500 had only a 1.22% return in the same period of time.?The highest trade return came from APDN, at 108.21%. BBBY and CVNA came right behind, returning?40.93% and 37.97% respectively.
Also in a 3 days span, we had?the?Top 10 Stocks, the package where the algorithm correctly predicted a 37.97% yield from CVNA.?The suggested trades for LYFT and DKNG also had notable?yields of 25.5% and 16.85%, respectively. The package had an overall average return of 9.47%, providing investors with an 8.15% premium over the S&P 500’s return of 1.32% during the period.
For a 7 days timeframe, two packages were outstood. The first one was the?High Short Interest Stocks. From it, the AI predicted a 63.57% gain from SENS as well as a 61.17% from CVNA. The package had an overall average return of 23.48%, providing investors with a premium of 23.12% over the S&P 500’s return of 0.36% during the same period.
The second was the?Options Forecast. The algorithm had a perfect hit ratio, predicting correctly all stock movements from the package. This includes returns such as 44.33%, 31.36%, and 27.1%, respectively from CVNA, MARA, and PYPL.?With these notable trade returns, the package itself registered an average return of 18.76% compared to the S&P 500’s return of 5.97% for the same period.
Considering the 14 days time horizon, we can highlight the?Best Mid Cap Stocks?package.?10 out of 10 stock prices in this forecast moved as predicted by the algorithm. QRTEB was our best stock pick with a return of 181.33%. Other notable stocks were MARA and NEO with a return of 52.61% and 22.79%. The package itself saw an overall return of 33.15%, providing investors with a 26.54% premium above the S&P 500’s return of 6.61% for the same time period.
Also in the same period of time, the?Top 10 Stocks?package delivered strong results. CVNA returned 85.11% as predicted by the algorithm, followed by DKNG and FIVN, which returned respectively 32.74% and 17.08%.?The package saw an overall yield of 18.16% versus the S&P 500’s return of 4.63% implying a market premium of 13.53%.
And for a one-month period, the?High Short Interest Stocks?package once more outstood. CVNA again highlighted the package, returning 114.81% in accordance with the algorithm prediction. Other notable returns came from SPWR and OMER, returning respectively 53.87% and 47.2%. The package's?overall average return was?38.88%, providing investors with a premium of 30.52% over the S&P 500’s return of 8.36%.
The?Top 10 Stocks?package also had strong numbers for the one-month time horizon.?The greatest return came from CVNA at 70.34%. FND and ADPT followed with returns of 29.87% and 25.82% for the 1 Month period. This algorithmic forecast package presented an overall return of 20.72% versus the S&P 500’s performance of 8.19% providing a market premium of 12.53%.
For over a?month, CVNA stock is identified by the algorithm as the top stock to buy in the Top 10 Stock picks package.?The stock appeared at the top of the?forecast table?with the strongest single and with a very high confidence level (predictability).
Just on Friday the CVNA jumped by 40%!
In addition to this, the stock appeared in several different time frames. The share led the table of recommended shares, in the short term of?3 days,?one week, and in the term of?two weeks.
As shown in our?explanatory article, in order to get ideal results?we recommend choosing stocks that appear in as many time frames as possible. The Top 10 package includes stock picks from indexes such as Nasdaq, the S&P 500, and the Dow Jones index. In addition to the recommended stocks in the package, a specific forecast for the S&P 500 index itself is attached.
