I KNOW IT ALL!!!
Yeah, I know it all. Don't teach me, don't tell me what to do, don't think I am dumb, I am not inexperienced, I am qualified, I am the best.?
We all have made such statements and views about ourselves and witnessed in others. Isn't it??
What is the experience?
for you: I am confident, I can do all by myself, and nobody should compete with me or get in my way, OMG did they just question my credibility?
For others: Pheeww it is tough to talk to him/her, she/he is not coachable, he/she acts too over smart, it's difficult to work with her/him, they don't listen to me, they don't value or include me in anything, they just do things their way, they think they are extraordinary.
There is a huge list of such experiences that we undergo every day...
At home, in social circles, at workplaces and wherever...
Some of these statements are self-made some are pushed into your DNA and some through the cultures we live in...

What we do not realise is: that we are overdriven by these statements and forget to be humble, considerate, respectful and most importantly to accept the fact that we are not perfect and we can be ordinary.
The stigma and status quo for maintaining that tag of being worthy, being over-smart, being at the top makes you fall in the pit of defence, isn't it?
Defend the titles of being extraordinary, being highly qualified, being highly competent etc.
And to go through this whole cycle you get two ways: the good ways and the bad ways.
Honestly, most of us go for the bad ways.?
How? Put others down, hideout, debate, contradict and whatnot! Just to hide the reality that we are ordinary or we may not know something or we are not capable...
Whenever I get present to the experiences, I get present to how I am busy defending the titles I have given to myself and even the other side.
The shift is when we acknowledge it and accept that we are not what we are holding titles of...
