I Just Recorded a Podcast for Purpose-Driven Souls and the Future Leaders and Change Makers of the World Just Like You! ??

I’m so excited to share something that’s been brewing in my heart! I just recorded a new podcast episode that dives into what I believe is a movement—one we’re each being called to lead in our own way, and a realisation about my work, my purpose, and the people I’m here to serve in this lifetime.

You see, for a long time, I was deeply rooted in the world of career consulting and recruitment. I spent years helping people find the paths that truly resonated with their gifts, talents, and goals—guiding them toward careers that weren’t just jobs, but true callings. There’s something magical about seeing someone light up when they finally step into alignment with their purpose. That journey was an honour, and I loved every moment of it.

But as some of you know, I took a leap. I left that seven-figure recruitment business behind to follow a calling that was even stronger—one that brought me into the realms of psychic healing, spiritual coaching, and soul work.?

And it’s in this new chapter that I’ve realised something extraordinary. My work is not just about supporting people in healing or helping them connect with their spiritual gifts—it’s actually about something much larger. I’m here to support the next wave of change makers and healers, those who will shape the world into something new, something conscious, healed, and purpose-driven. It’s as if my entire journey in recruitment, my years of learning how to recognise talent and potential, have all come full circle.

The clients who find their way to me now are the ones who feel that deep, often unshakable pull toward a life of purpose. They’re entrepreneurs, creatives, healers, coaches, thought leaders—the future visionaries of a more conscious world. Many of them have built careers that are “successful” by traditional standards but still feel an inner restlessness, a yearning for something deeper, something that truly aligns with their soul’s mission. (just like me)

They’re driven by this need to contribute to the world, to heal themselves so they can then heal others, to create spaces, products and services where consciousness can flourish.?

In some ways, it feels as though I’m still doing what I did in the recruitment world—but on a soul level. I guide them through a process of discovery, helping them strip away the blocks, fears, and doubts that cloud their vision. I hold space for them to recognise their true gifts, the purpose that lies underneath all the layers of conditioning and expectations. I teach them to trust their own inner guidance, to listen to the wisdom that’s always been there.

For some, it’s about finding their voice, stepping into a role that perhaps feels risky or even radical. For others, it’s about building a foundation in their personal life so that they can show up with even more strength and clarity in their work. And for many, it’s about embracing their own healing journey—one that allows them to let go of past traumas, patterns, and fears—so they can serve as vessels of change for others.

Many of them are professionals at a crossroads—people who are leaving behind the security of a stable career to walk a path that feels risky but right. They are founders of startups that want to heal or bring consciousness to industries that feel broken, creatives who use art or music as a medium to shift societal norms. Some are healers, therapists or coaches, determined to bring light into people’s lives, some are educators and those in the caring profession,? while others are activists, speaking up for what feels right, no matter the cost.

What unites them is a deep-seated knowing that they’re here for more. They’re here to help society evolve, to help people wake up to their own potential and purpose. And it’s through our work together that they can step fully into that calling, equipped with the clarity, confidence, and spiritual tools they need.

I believe we’re all part of a larger tapestry, that we’re being called to heal and evolve not only for ourselves but for the collective. Every person I guide, every future healer or change maker I support, is part of this grand movement toward a world where we are more compassionate, more aligned, and more awake. I’m here to birth those new leaders, those who will carry the torch forward.
