I JUST LOVE PODCASTS!!!!

For those of you that know me well, you'll know that I'm massively in to Podcasts. Whether I'm listening on the train on the way in to work or when I'm out for a run (Podcasts are a great way of making the time fly by on a long run!) I just can’t get enough.

Here's a list of my Top 5 favourite podcasts for you to try out

1. The Blindboy podcast - Hosted by Blindboy, of the Rubberbandits. An excellent podcast covering all manner of topics, from music to art history to experimental psychology and mental health.

2. The Adam Buxton podcast - British comedian Adam Buxton has interviewed some really interesting people over the last few years. My favourites include Louis Theroux, Jon Ronson, and Simon Amstell. He also makes all of the jingles and records the intros and outros for most episodes while walking with his dog Rosie!

3. Out of your league - I'm a huge Rugby League fan. This one deserves a look if you’re in to sport and what to get to know some of the personalities in the game.

4. Dan Snows History Hit – This one really appeals to my inner history buff. Some great short episode on a huge variety of topics

5. Under the skin with Russell Brand – I listened to this one a lot whilst I was travelling last year. I cannot recommend the episode with ‘the Iceman’ Wim Hof highly enough. It may change your life.
