It’s on a pretty large lot. The property experienced some fire damage. Oftentimes, when you have fire damage you will have the leftover smell of smoke. I’m this case, the owner has paid a substantial amount of money to spray a type of paint that mitigates the smell of smoke.?

So obviously, here’s the main living room, which is a very large space. Up the stairs and this I will give you a little bit more detail as we go through the tour.
