Gentrification of neighbourhoods does not work, because the people you are trying to push out (Blacks and Coloured People,) are becoming the majority of the population - which means they will also become a majority of students in schools, employees in our workforce, are becoming more wealthier, paying more taxes. And having more disposal able income to buy and invest in the neighbourhoods and communities they are being pushed out of.

Smart Organizations invest in their communities in terms of what the communities' values and needs are - not just employment (jobs.) So, if members of that community are suffering needlessly. Then people start to move away (all people of all colours.)
If there is a decrease in people and business invest immigrating to the community, that means less tax revenue, less taxes - less police a city is able to afford to hire - DO YOU FUCKING GET IT NOW??
