I just donated blood. Can I count on you to do the same?

I just donated at the Richmond Hill permanent donation clinic near me and have been doing so at this location for years. In fact, I just found an old article from 11 years ago by a reporter talking to people in the clinic. It's a small world, and I continue to hear about Kavina from time to time. She is 22 years old and in great health because of those donations.

I still donate every 56 days. Why?, because I am lucky enough to be in good health and have an hour to spare, to help save a life. If you haven't donated lately (or ever), why not start today?
