I just can't get over this...

I want to bless you with something close to my heart today...

In my walk with the Lord, I've come to a realization that is unshakable. That realization is now that I've tasted and seen of the goodness of Jesus, I will NEVER get over Him.

I will never be able to un-see His hands moving on my behalf. I will never be able to forget the times He's been my only hope and brought me through the trials of life. I could never ignore that deep knowing of my origin story in how He knew me before the foundations of the earth. I could never lose the wonder and awe I feel when I look at the majesty of His creation. I could never forget the beauty of seeing life in the eyes of a newborn, knowing He is the breath in every man. It is now impossible for me to see, experience, or receive any good thing, without a clear understanding that He is the source, for all good things come from Him!

Simply put, I can't get over Him. His love, His kindness, His Mercy, His Grace, His goodness, His faithfulness, His gentleness, His everlasting love for me, His sacrifice. I still cling to that old rugged cross, my friends. I just can't get over all He's done. Amen?

I know you feel the same way. Somehow even in my youth as a child, I felt Him even when I didn't yet know Him. I just always knew He was there, loving, protecting and drawing me.

Aren't you thankful today for that awareness of Our Abba, and our savior Jesus?

I've written over 200 songs in my short 33 years on this earth but ONE SONG is more dear to me than any other. It's called "I Can't Get Over You" and you can listen to it right now and be blessed. I'm sure you'll feel the same way about the Lord as I did when I wrote this love song to Him. I pray it blesses you...
