I implemented 2 small tweaks this year to up my content game.
Bonus: they've helped me stay consistent and, most importantly, keep things creative and fresh!
Today, I wanted to chat about something I started doing this year that has made a big difference in my content creation.
SCHEDULING IT INTO MY CALENDAR, just like an appointment.
So far, I've done 1 B-Roll day in the city with a business bestie and 1 studio day, which I did this week.
Having content days is great for bringing your audience behind the scenes, which adds a connection element with them, plus gives you that behind-the-scenes content and the actual content you create the day of. A win win 10000%!
I find it pushes you creatively because you're mixing it up with different locations, outfits and props, which we want regarding your content.
We're not here to do the same shit as everyone else, btw.
How to plan the day?

Another thing I implemented this year was scheduling 2 hours a week, 1 on Tuesdays and 1 on Thursdays, that I put into my Google calendar that says, CONTENT FOR ME.
It is SO easy to get caught in the weeds of running your business and putting content on the back burner, but when you can leverage your content to make more money, it's a no-brainer to make it a priority.
Comment with any questions you have about diy'ing a content day!
