I attended a very good webinar yesterday put on by BTN. (Business Travel News).
Many of the large Travel Consortia's are asking for dynamic rates for RFP's in 2021. That's a good approach as no one knows for sure how demand will pick up next year.
(Dynamic pricing means, the price will be a percentage off your bar pricing, what ever your going rate is)
Be very careful though, as some companies are asking for a combination of static and dynamic pricing at your hotel,, Bad news for hotels! Contact me if you would like more details.
