Raising money for 2 very worthy local charities - Stand By Me and Mind in Mid Herts.
I will be talking more about the importance of GIVING back during a LinkedIn Live event I am hosting with Isaac Kenyon, next Tuesday. Isaac, is a highly accomplished philanthropic world-record-breaking adventurer and endurance athlete. He has swum seas, climbed mountains, rowed 3000 nautical miles of the Atlantic Ocean and even cycled across dangerous seas on a waterbike. Isaac has so far raised over £1M for charity

Paul's Story - On the topic of giving back, this became a really big part of Paul's story...
When we met, Paul like so many business owners was incredibly busy, stressed, burnt out, and was trying to balance this with being the father to his 3 children at home. Paul had built an incredibly successful financial planning business and had achieved every milestone he wanted in business, YET he found himself feeling unhappy and he could not understand why.
Paul wanted to get that excitement and motivation back and we identified together the 1 thing Paul could do, which would massively help. Paul had not dedicated any time to GIVING BACK...
Paul identified that he needed to commit time to do this, and we identified together EXACTLY what he should start doing, based on his unique life story. Based on his success as a Financial Planner, Paul committed to mentoring young financial professionals who were just starting out... And this was just the start.
Due to how much he enjoyed 'giving back' and how much satisfaction and reward he felt from doing it, he has ended up creating a completely new business that is focussed around doing just this. And better still, he feels more energised when running his existing business.
