I have resigned from DTS

This is a brief post to let any interested parties know that I have resigned from my position as CEO of DTS.

I have been at DTS for just over nine years, and have been running the ship for the last eight. I have in many ways been defined by this role and it has been a huge part of my life to date. To make the call to resign was not taken lightly.

I will be continuing with DTS for three months to allow for a smooth transition, finishing up at the end of February 2017. At this stage I have no firm plans for my next career move.

The staff at DTS are amazing, I have had some absolute legends report to me - Rahman, Tim, another Tim, Raj, Dave, Dmitry, Kerry, Bob, Danii... the list goes on. These people have really pushed themselves for our customers and have really made my role enjoyable. I will miss working with them.

I have also had some of the best customers anyone could hope to have, and many of them have become firm friends. I hope to see many of you before I finish.

I am around for a few months yet, and will be doing all I can to enable a smooth transition for our customers and staff.
