I have been trying to warn organizations about this massive risk of DEI program implementation.

Unfortunately, my risk assessments are generally very accurate, and organizations ignore those warnings. Risk managers, COOs, CEOs, and Boards should be held accountable if they ignore the risks of DEI. However, DEI providers likely did not fully inform organizations of the actual risks.
