I have been asked to move out, but not sure what to do next? Any Advices…

All ideas are welcomed but ideas which can make a BIG difference would be appreciated right ?

It’s no more age of competition but age of Hyper-competition where people must re-invent themselves and the so called their “Job” every now and then. It’s an age of “value contribution”. The path is not easy.

I had fortune to meet and seek guidance from some of the leading industry leaders and Mentors who were boiling the insight around 2 core strategies - Up ~ Keep or Up ~ Lift. Sounds intricate, but very easy to practise.

Some Questions to ponder

1.      Do I really want to go with similar job profile in same industry, if so “Up ~ Keep”?

2.      If I don’t want to continue in same profile or industry what’s the option left for me, would “Up ~ Lift” makes sense?

Whatever you decide “preserving the core” or “re-innovating your job/industry” both needs lot of “re-focus”, “re-crafting” & “re-learning” of yourself and this can happen through 3 thoughts…

1.      “Re-Wind” my past story

·        Why was asked to leave

·        What strengths should I upsurge & lessen (*Sometime reduce some strengths is a better strategy to look and get a wider perspective of life)

·        What Behaviours I need to re-visit & re-align

·        What all as a GREAT Leader should I Learn/unlearn & re-learn

2.      Regain the “Resilience”

·        How do I come back?

·        What’s my re-crafted mindset?

·        Have I made up my mind to fight back?

3.      “Revive & Re-craft” the Path & move forward.

·        What’s my new Brand & new Identity?

·        What’s my new outlook to everything and anything?

·        Have I re-crafted my profile?
