I have an announcement to make.

About 6 months ago I started developing and idea and it has grown wings. I was wondering what would happen if you had one place where everyone involved in customer marketing / customer experience / loyalty / data / technology / psychology / etc. could hear from and learn from each other?

I mean, right now you can find out everything you could want to know by googling each of those topics, so it’s not like this information doesn’t exist. But that’s kind of the problem – it exists all over the place. You have to hunt it down. If you’re a retailer or a brand, you literally have to search-and-refine and search-and-refine until you get to the golden nuggets of insight that are so critical right now. And that sucks.

So I decided to do something about it.

I created a platform for news, interviews, research, tools, events – everything that informs, supports and connects the world of customer insights. It’s called TheCustomer. Here’s the URL if you’d like to see:

I’m fortunate to have the backing of a handful of companies and individuals who are pitching in to help get the word out, build our audience, and take this idea out into the world. Everyday I’m talking to some of the smartest people in these spaces and working out publishing, content and marketing programs. And now I’m hearing from brands in Europe and the UK that want to be a part of TheCustomer as well. I’m really excited about where this is going.

This is the part where I ask you a favor.
