I hate to admit this, but it might come down to boredom…

My industry is flooded with FAD’s, quick fixes and miracle products.

You’ll see a “brand new” method behind health improvements storm onto the market month after month.

I hate to admit this, but it might come down to boredom.

You see, when we strip this back and attack the foundations of health we need to focus on:

  • Exercise
  • Nutrition/hydration
  • Sleep
  • Social life/purpose
  • Mental resilience

It’s pretty simple stuff.

What does simple usually translate into our minds as…?

…EASY.

Easy things are easy to do, whilst being incredibly easy to NOT do.

Here in lies the problem more often than not.

It’s not the most sexy subject matter in the world (what must that say about me haha).

So I see a lot of people getting bored of the whole process and giving up.

This process of starting and stopping becomes exhausting and takes the shine off the whole subject even more.

Unfortunately you can also then get sucked into being attracted to these quick fixes, these “miracle” products.

As a rule of thumb, anything that gives outrageous returns in the short term generally is doing so at the expense of the long term.

(future you won’t be happy with that)

Where I see a lot of execs going wrong is diving head first into something not built for them.

It’s built for the mass market.

Without their unique lifestyle in mind.

And let’s be really honest for one moment…

Generally by someone who cannot relate to them at all.

So it’s reasonable to assume that this approach might not work so well, isn’t it?

I’ll give you an analogy that will hopefully make some sense for you:

Say you want to go for a new sales push through a brand new product launch within your SaaS business.

Would you dive head first with an agency who specialised in localised marketing, who’s portfolio was anyone who would pay them?

Or would you find a “go to market” agency who specialises in SaaS businesses.

It’s a no brainer, it’s logical.

Don’t do yourself the disservice when we come to talk about your health.

What works for you brother in law likely won’t work for you.

What works for athletes worldwide likely won’t work for you.

What works for me likely won’t work for you.

You need a bespoke plan, built for you, your needs and your goals.

I’d be thrilled to talk you through how I do this for many execs just like yourself.

We can catch up over the next week or so if you want to access my calendar here: https://calendly.com/ceohealthub/30min?

I totally understand if you’re wanting to know a little more before talking.

So please join me for a value packed hour on Friday at 12pm (UK time) for a live webinar.

We will cover my core pillars of focus and how I make them work for my successful clients.

I’d be thrilled to have you there (as well as the 320+ other legends already booked on).

p.s. I mean this…don’t get sucked into the quick fixes. It never works out long term.

You'll thank me later.

And maybe grab a slot for a call too...

I won't have many left after over after 320+ others try to grab one after our value packed hour on Friday.
