No matter how hard they are to take
Your clients, like ours, trust us to help change their lives
& in this case, this client didn’t feel we had his back after being passed between team members
We lost his trust
& the real kicker… we didn’t even reach out to ask why he was leaving
Some of your greatest & closest clients will jump ship the minute things don’t look great
Your clients will always do what’s best for THEM, no matter how much you’ve done for them in the past
But you can’t just burn bridges
So to any former clients who left & felt like they were just another number to us
I do apologise ??
But know this… I/we do remember you
Running a business is a numbers game
Yet, at the same time, it’s also very much a relationship game ??
